Women Who Wield is a selective program designed for women committed to living their best lives. A small number of women are invited into WWW each month to learn how to create a successfully balanced life without sacrificing success or happiness. WWW is laser-focused on helping you achieve your full potential at work and in life. Working together in a private cohort of professional women we work through the exact steps you need to regain control of your mind, emotions, relationships and career, instead of your these controlling you.

The WWW program is delivered through 1:1 mentoring, group mentoring, and group workshops over Zoom, and supported with an award-winning technology platform for online webinars, community feedback, daily reflections, and a library of quick 2-minute neuroscience-integration exercises. The program includes modules on Positive Intelligence for Mental Fitness (see below), Power Meditation, The Spiritual Laws of Success, as well as the Anchor Your Dreams workshop which is facilitated online by The Motivation Clinic.

The tools you will receive during the Bootcamp training (included in all the WWW programs), will enable you to easily convert the Saboteur hi-jacking into the five super powers of your inner Sage – the part of your brain associated with emotions and feelings of happiness and positivity. Studies using MRI scans, have shown physical increase in grey matter in these regions of the brain after 8-12 weeks of practice, with a corresponding atrophy in grey matter in the parts of the brain where stress is experienced. The stronger your mental muscles, the quicker and easier you will bounce back to balance and convert any challenge into an advantage or opportunity.

They work, and there’s actually a really simple explanation of why they work so well. When you create a vision board and place it in a space where you see it often, you essentially end up doing short visualization exercises throughout the day, and visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do
